The X (Xeric) Files

We’re almost at the end of the alphabet, and AUM have found Verandah Magazine a word that we are definitely filing for future use in scrabble games.  Xeric comes from the Greek word xeros – meaning dry, and has since come to mean something adjusted to dry conditions – so not those of us who live in the humidity of the Northern Rivers.
