Lismore photographer Andrew Sooby from Luminous Mudbrick, snapped this hot chilli and what’s left of another hot chilli. “What creature does this?” Sooby says. “They were both snipped from the same bush. We know that there’s at least one currawong in the Lismore area which will eat all the chillis from the same bush, gulping them down whole….but whatever creature did this discerning little carve-up knew exactly what it was doing.”
